Dubai-Manila Flight: Cebu Pacific Offers Dh1 Tickets in September Sale

Filipino expatriates in Dubai looking to fly to Manila have a special offer this September, as Cebu Pacific, the Philippines’ leading budget airline, has launched its 9.9 Seat Sale. Travellers can now book a one-way flight from Dubai to Manila for as low as Dh1, providing an incredible opportunity just in time for the holiday season.

Booking Period and Travel Dates

The 9.9 Seat Sale runs from September 6 to September 10, allowing passengers to book one-way tickets at a base fare starting from Dh1. This promotional fare applies to flights scheduled between November 1, 2024, and May 31, 2025. However, seats at this low rate are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. While the Dh1 fare is non-refundable, passengers can rebook their flights, though fare differences may apply.

Additional Fees and Conditions

Though the base fare is only Dh1, passengers should be aware that the price does not cover additional costs such as administrative charges, fuel surcharges, and airport terminal fees, if applicable. The fare includes a hand-carry baggage allowance, but other charges may apply depending on the services chosen. The tickets are non-refundable, but the airline allows rebooking subject to fare differences and other terms and conditions.

Booking and Flexibility Options

Tickets can be booked directly through Cebu Pacific’s website. For added flexibility, travellers can opt for the airline’s GO Flexi service, which permits them to cancel their flight up to two hours before departure. The cancelled booking’s value will be credited as a non-expiring Travel Fund, which passengers can use for future flights or additional services.

Increased Flight Frequency from November

In a bid to cater to more travellers during the peak holiday season, Cebu Pacific announced that it will increase its Dubai-Manila flight frequency to 10 times a week starting in November. This expansion offers more options for passengers eager to reconnect with family and friends.

Terminal Operations and Destinations

Cebu Pacific’s flights, both domestic and international, now operate exclusively out of Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3 in Manila. This change eliminates the need for passengers to transfer between terminals when catching connecting flights within the airline’s network.

The airline serves 35 domestic and 26 international destinations, spanning Asia, Australia, and the Middle East, making it one of the most extensive low-cost carriers in the region.

With its Dh1 base fare offer, Cebu Pacific provides a budget-friendly travel option for Filipino expatriates and other travellers in Dubai planning to visit Manila. The sale, which runs until September 10, is a timely offer for those looking to make the most of the upcoming holiday season.
